First Night at Home...

Daddy had a hard time letting his little girl go to her bassinet the first night. It took him a while to be ready to put her down in her own bed.

Happy to be Home...

Madison fell into place perfectly. She is so happy to be home and loves her parents so much. She is a very content baby, eating and sleeping so well. She even loves having a bath. Not a peep out of her the entire first bath, she just watched her Mommy and loved every minute of it.

We're Home!!!

WOW! How awesome it feels to finally be home with baby Madison. Madison was greeted by Grandma and Grandpa Fisher, Cassius (the family St. Bernard) and a 7 foot tall stork! Later that day Brian and Kelly drove up from Mt. Pleasant to meet Madison.

Hospital Stay and Time to Go Home!

We stayed in the hospital two nights after Madison was born. The nurses were a huge help as David and I were running on about 6 hours of sleep from Monday morning through the time we were discharged and allowed to go home around noon on Thursday. The ride home was amazing as a new parent. David drove, as usual, and I rode in the back seat with our new precious cargo. I need to mention that Madison did not cry at all when she was placed in her carseat for the first time.

And then there were 3...

On Tuesday, February 6, 2007 we were blessed by the birth of our beautiful daughter, Madison Michelle. She was born at 3:58 pm, wieghed 7lbs 7 oz and was 20.5 inches long. Grandma and Grandpa Fisher were there at the hospital as well as Nana and Papa Small. Aunt Pig even drove up from Charleston to welcome Maddi into the world. What a beautiful day!
